Lie­ben­zell Mis­si­on part­ners with a com­mu­ni­ty deve­lo­p­ment and aid orga­niza­ti­on in Cen­tral Asia with an empha­sis on local invol­vement and part­ner­ship in all aspects of their work. The com­mu­ni­ties throug­hout Cen­tral Asia are vast and diver­se, and so are their pro­jects: whe­ther they are trai­ning rural women in issues of health and hygie­ne, working with dis­ab­led child­ren in an orpha­na­ge, far­mers in the coun­try­si­de, or schools in distant moun­tain vil­la­ges their com­mit­ment is to see the King­dom of God coming in all aspects of life.

Your respon­si­bi­li­ties:

• Col­la­bo­ra­ti­on and manage­ment in pro­ject work. Pos­si­ble deve­lo­p­ment of new projects.
• Deve­lop stra­te­gies, Pro­ject cycle management.
• Fund­rai­sing and donor communication.
• Trai­ning of part­ners and employees.
  Build rela­ti­onship to Indi­vi­du­als, insti­tu­ti­ons and govern­ment agen­ci­es. Networking.
• Invol­vement in a local church.
• Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in team life.
